About 2 quarts of Clorox got jostled around during a ten-minute trip for fuel, and I dumped the tank and refilled it with a cup of Clorox added, which I’ll circulate through the fixtures.
I’m a bit cautious about running too much chlorine-based chemicals through the plastic piping. Around ten years ago, the type of piping used in our coaches was at the center of a national class action lawsuit due to failure caused by high chlorine concentrations in water supplies. While I don’t think my coach model had piping made from that problematic material, I prefer not to take any chances.
Whatever contamination my tank received was minimal.
