Joe, when we bought our coach in ’98, we noticed a rattle under the floor. After installing new steer tires, the technician found a broken shock, which was causing the noise. We replaced the shock, but within a few thousand miles, it broke again. It turned out the shocks weren’t the right ones for our bus. I called Prevost to get the correct shock number for the front, had my tire guy match it up, and that solved the problem for good.
So, be sure to check if the correct shocks are installed on your coach.
