I have to disagree. Replacing the shocks doesn’t require a pit. I did it on a barn floor when I replaced them on the other coach.

If you plan to do your own work on the bus, having proper tools is essential. This is especially true for removing and remounting the wheels, where lug nuts need to be properly torqued. The X12 at $700 or more is a better investment than a 1″ impact wrench and a large compressor, as you can take the X12 on the road with you. You can’t easily take the compressor and impact wrench along.
Of course, having all the tools is the best option.
