    Thanks, guys! It looks like the idler pulley system on your coaches is the newer spring-loaded type. Mine uses the older model with an adjustment bolt at the top of the mounting bracket, which has two pulleys. To adjust the tension, you need to loosen the two bolts holding the bracket to the engine, adjust the entire bracket assembly with the bolt, and then re-tighten the bolts.

    Unfortunately, I can’t just swap out to a spring-loaded pulley without changing the whole assembly, which costs over $1,300. I’ll consider adapting my current setup to work with a spring-loaded idler. For now, it seems like the issue was the belt tension, which appears to be fine. Thanks for the help!
