      The rubber conduit on the end of my cord, where the male head is, is a little fraid, so I used some silicone tape to repair.  Seems to be holding.

      Any other fixes, otherthan replacing the head, which I’ve thought about also.

      The enemy of those molded cords is moisture and corrosion. I think keeping it dry and moisture free should be the goal, however you need to do it.
