Researched the past post and can’t find a real advantage to the koni shocks.

Several post say adding koni’s to worn out shocks will definitely show great improvement.

Several say they had no difference in Koni versus Monroe.

Then there is the debate in adjust feature of Koni which some noted as no longer available.

One post said Koni recommended not to change setting until you put some age on the shock  .

Looking for real experiences as to difference the Koni made in drive ability.

Added new Oem Black monroen and saw a great improvement in handling.

Front adjustable Koni shocks were one of the first improvements we made to our bus 7+ yrs and 40k miles ago. Night and day difference.

I had Koni’s for awhile (front only) and didn’t find a significant difference.

My real heartburn is that one failed; the shaft itself snapped clean…never saw a shock do that before.  I speculate something inside the shock dislocated when the shock was extended and the shaft snapped when the shock tried to compress.

Koni wanted me to pay to ship the shock to them to determine IF it was a warranted failure.  I tossed both halves in the dumpster.
