I’ve in the last year did a rebuild on the Meritor ADB calipers (4), The front rotors have very small hair line cracks in them, Never changed rotors before,What kind of job is that? Are they 2 piece rotors & Hubs? And replace oil seals also, what is the part# for rotors and what do they run?  Thanks’

They are two piece rotors and hubs, i replaced all mine. i cant remember the part number, i got them from Prevost they weren’t hugely expensive.

Hardest part is the removal and install of the nuts  that secure the rotor to hubs, when rebuilding the end float is set using a dial gauge, all the specs are available from Meritor / Rockwell

Have a read of the Meritor brake manual as some light cracking of the rotors is allowed / acceptable, mine were badly cracked due to over heating caused by brakes dragging.
