Well  here it is I was in calif and needed a service done at Prevost they did a great job alignment  found the scrub and thurst angles to be way out drives like a dream now . They also replaced leaking pinion seal on rear end , left Friday for clinic 82 miles away when driving there , there was a noise when I let off throttle called Prevost they asked some questions so things seemed fine to go on I was coming back on Tuesday night for one more thing to be done , when I got there up on lift to find out what the noise was the driveshaft was loose so I said I was not comfortable with it like that wanted to have the rear end checked out next morning they said they would put hole new rearend in will be done in 5 hours it was and away I went no cost to me now that is service over the top , if that had been some other shop they would have tightened the nut up and there would have been no play in it and sent you on your way and later a problem might have come up you would been on your own not Prevost they just put new rearend in they are the best . This is why we drive a Prevost the best and the best service way to go Prevost ……… Drove to Ellensburg Wa 1200 miles away no problems everything great , Thanks again Prevost!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear you had a good experience Peter, I have always had the same. If the folks out there driving 500K plastic ever had the Prevost service experience, they would never go back. You really can’t appreciate the service unless you’ve had fiberglass coaches and tried to get service or repairs done, it’s a nightmare. Is Prevost perfect, no, but they’re the best in the business. Is it expensive, oh ya, but you get what you pay for.

Tom, that is exactly what I was hoping for and I am expecting from Prevost.

We have arrived in Chicago to start the design process at Liberty Coach. Exciting.

If your total service experience is on a conventional motor home you are about to enter a whole new world.

Since our first coach in 1990 I have used Prevost and Liberty as standards for how customers should be treated. Over the last 24 years there have been very few companies I have dealt with that have risen to the level consistently provided by both companies.

As Tom mentioned they both back their work and their products in such a way that you are always going to be satisfied.

I don’t want to slight other converters either because over the years with only a couple of exceptions other converters have also gained the respect of their customers due to the level of customer support and service they provide. We are just fortunate to have that available to us on our coaches.

They did the right thing it was their screw up the 3rd member would have never been right again. The center in Ft Worth would not replace the seal for me without pulling the complete 3rd member to be sure the lash was correct new crush washer, new seal and new nut all up to specs
