Coming out of the Webasto/Aqua Hot are two copper pipes that extend under the bus. They seem to have small pop-off solenoid valves similar to those found on home hot water heaters, but much smaller. These are actually SMC solenoid valves, part number VXD 2130. One of the valves is leaking water. I contacted the SMC distributor, but they couldn’t find that part number. Does anyone have suggestions for alternative sources?

Interestingly, the water is clean, and I thought the Webasto/Aqua Hot systems only contained antifreeze. By the way, the Webasto works like a charm! Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks,
      Dan

Try www.Grainger.com. They have all kinds of solenoid operated valves. Sorry I couldn’t read the nameplate on your picture well enough to make a better suggestion.

      Give it a try.

As I understand it, some coaches’ Webasto systems don’t connect to the engine coolant system. In those cases, they can use water, but it should be distilled water to prevent corrosion in the system and heater coils.
